Mondraker ambassador Jonna Johnsen is a Danish rider whose resilience and passion for cycling have defined her journey. Born in 1992, she began her career in BMX, becoming both the Danish and Scandinavian BMX Champion before transitioning to Enduro and Downhill. Since then, competing in the EWS and UCI DH World Cups has become her way of life.

While living in Mexico, Jonna was diagnosed with cancer—a challenge she overcame with an unshakable will to live and an all-consuming love for cycling. Her journey was documented over the course of a year, capturing moments of vulnerability, triumph, and the relentless spirit that defines her. Bikes became more than just a sport; they were an essential part of her recovery.

The documentary sparked conversations across outlets like Pinkbike, MTBPro Magazine, BikeCheck, and International Mountainbike Magazine.
